Helen Grieve is a professional psychic medium, teacher, and author who has dedicated her life to helping others understand and develop their natural connection with Spirit in a no fluff type of manner.

With many years of experience demonstrating mediumship, teaching students, and supporting developing mediums, Helen believes that mediumship is a skill that can be nurtured through understanding, practice, and experience. Her teaching combines spiritual awareness with practical techniques, enabling students to build confidence while developing in a grounded, ethical, and evidence-based way.

Helen is the creator of The Psychic Medium Handbook™ (TPMH) Method, a structured approach that breaks mediumship down into clear, achievable stages. Through her book, online courses, mentorship programme, workshops, and development circles, she has created a pathway that supports students from their first experiences of Spirit through to working professionally as psychic mediums.
